Cindy Rodda Davis

Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Cindy Rodda investigates fraudulent claims with emphasis on personal injury protection insurance, automobile thefts, automobile fire claims, and all types of questionable insurance claims.
With over 36 years of experience as a licensed insurance adjuster, Cindy conducts civil and criminal background investigations, conducts policy and claim investigations to identify material misrepresentations, conducts investigations of staged accidents and fraudulent and excessive medical treatment, and conducts Examination Under Oaths of first-party insureds and third-party claimants. Cindy prepares coverage analysis of automobile and commercial automobile policies, while interpreting policy language, state negligence laws, case law, and how the same is applied to a specific accident.
Cindy prepares Examination Under Oath Summary and Recommendations reports for many insurance carriers which cite policy language, coverage exclusions, Florida state statute and fraud wording.
